Tufte for Supreme Court is raising the funds needed to re-elect Justice Jerod Tufte to the North Dakota Supreme Court. Every contribution, small or large, helps reach voters across the state with information about Justice Tufte’s record and qualifications.

Contributor information

North Dakota law (N.D.C.C. ch. 16.1-08.1) requires the committee to report the name and mailing address of each contributor who contributes in excess of $200 in a reporting period. Please include your name and mailing address with any contribution.

Who may contribute

Contributions are accepted from individuals, businesses, and political committees. Contributions from corporations and labor unions are permitted under North Dakota law, subject to applicable reporting requirements. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
