Contributor information
North Dakota law (N.D.C.C. ch. 16.1-08.1) requires the committee to report the name and mailing address of each contributor who contributes in excess of $200 in a reporting period. Please include your name and mailing address with any contribution.
Who may contribute
The committee accepts reasonable contributions from individuals and from political committees, including political action committees. North Dakota law prohibits contributions from corporations, cooperatives, limited liability companies, and associations, including labor unions. A political action committee established by such an organization may contribute. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
Contributions to Tufte for Supreme Court are not tax-deductible.
