Campaign committee

This website is authorized by and paid for by Tufte for Supreme Court, the authorized campaign committee supporting the re-election of Justice Jerod Tufte to the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Campaign finance reports

The committee files campaign finance reports as required by N.D.C.C. ch. 16.1-08.1. These reports are public records available from the North Dakota Secretary of State at sos.nd.gov.

Judicial conduct

Judicial candidates in North Dakota are governed by the North Dakota Code of Judicial Conduct, Canon 4. Justice Tufte’s campaign is conducted in compliance with these rules, which prohibit, among other things, pledges or promises regarding how a candidate would rule on any issue that may come before the court. The full Code of Judicial Conduct is available at ndcourts.gov.
